Position Title: Data Entry Operator

Role Objective

To accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases to ensure timely availability of reliable information for reports, documentation, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in spreadsheets, ERP systems, and company databases with 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain records of documents, daily reports, invoices, attendance sheets, and other operational data.
  • Verify data accuracy before entering into the system to avoid errors.
  • Collect and compile data from various departments as required.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Scan, upload, and organize digital documents in folders or document management systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure data handling at all times.
  • Assist in generating MIS reports and dashboards for management reviews.
  • Perform basic data cleaning, formatting, and validation.
  • Coordinate with departments (Admin, HR, Accounts, Store, Site team) for data updates.
  • Retrieve and provide data for audits, inspections, and verification requirements.
  • Perform any other documentation or clerical tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Competencies & Skills

  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify mistakes.
  • Basic analytical skills for report preparation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new software tools (ERP, SAP, Tally, etc.).

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma / Graduate in any discipline
  • Additional certification in MS Office / Data Entry will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator / MIS Assistant.
  • Freshers with strong computer skills may also be considered.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
