As a Domestic Data Entry Operator Trainer at Jetsmart IT Services, you will play a pivotal role in equipping individuals with the skills necessary to excel in the data entry domain. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that cater to the specific needs of our students. Your role will encompass both theoretical and practical aspects, ensuring that trainees gain hands-on experience and the knowledge required to become proficient data entry operators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development:

- Develop a structured and up-to-date curriculum for data entry training programs.
- Create instructional materials, presentations, and training manuals.
- Training Delivery:

- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and lectures for aspiring data entry operators.
- Foster an engaging and interactive learning environment.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Practical Training:

- Organize practical exercises and simulations to enhance trainees’ data entry skills.
- Assessment and Evaluation:

- Develop assessments and quizzes to measure trainees’ understanding of the material.
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay Updated:

- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in data entry techniques and tools.
- Update training materials and programs accordingly to ensure relevance.
- Mentorship:

- Offer one-on-one guidance and mentorship to trainees who may need extra support.
- Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of trainee progress, attendance, and performance.
- Generate reports on training effectiveness for management.

Qualification
- Any graduate with a Diploma in Computer science / Technology, Software
- Competencies
- MS Office, Adobe, Acrobat
- 2 Years of Industry Experience in the Data Entry Process / Data entry
- +2 Years of Teaching Experience.
