AKMO Consulting is Hiring for US IT Recruiters for the Pune Location

US IT Recruiters - Full Time

Experience: - 5 to 10 years as a US IT Recruiter.

Location: Pune

Responsibilities-

  1. Experience in handling the full lifecycle of the recruitment process - Sourcing, Screening, and Submitting qualified resumes.

  2. Source, screen, interview, and place candidates through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals.

  3. Ability to work as a team as well as as an independent contributor to ensure goals are met in a timely fashion.

  4. Ability to work in a Matrix-driven environment and should be able to submit at least 3 to 5 candidates each day with at least a 50%-70% release ratio.

  5. Good Knowledge of US visa terms (H1B/GC/Citizens/OPT-EAD/CPT-EAD)

6 Good Knowledge of US Tax teams (W2, 1099, C2C)

  1. Should be an Individual contributor and team player.

  2. Strong experience in using Job Boards like – Dice/Monster and Social Networking sites like – LinkedIn, Twitter, and GitHub.

  3. Sound knowledge on hiring all levels of Technical and Non-Technical candidates.

  4. Must have experience working with third-party vendors.

  5. It is good to have direct client (Financial) experience/exposure.

Must Haves -

  1. Excellent communication skills.

  2. Must have experience in hiring for technical requirements.

  3. Should be able to conduct prescreen phone calls, interviews, rate negotiation, and reference checks

  4. Handle multiple searches in a timely manner with professionalism and proactive communication

  5. Perform general functions related to recruiting

Shift Timings:

Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) (EST time zone) with fixed Saturday and Sunday off
