We are seeking a highly organized and technically strong Technical Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our engineering team. This role owns the engineering roadmap, drives cross-functional execution, and ensures seamless delivery across pods such as Data & Scraping Infrastructure, Automation & Workflows, and Platform & Internal Tools. This is a critical founding role requiring leadership, technical understanding, and strong project management excellence.

Location: Noida, Sector 8

Key Responsibilities:

Roadmap & Planning

  • Own and manage the complete engineering roadmap.
  • Lead sprint planning and structure delivery cycles.
  • Build and maintain PRD templates and documentation.
  • Balance and prioritize work across multiple technical pods.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary bridge between engineering and business teams.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering and define clear technical scopes.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment and expectation setting.

Delivery Management

  • Drive timely, high-quality delivery of all engineering projects.
  • Track project health metrics, identify risks, and resolve blockers.
  • Run effective sprint ceremonies and continuously improve processes.

Process Implementation

  • Establish scalable engineering processes and governance frameworks.
  • Set up project tracking systems and workflow standards.
  • Foster operational excellence across all engineering pods.

Core Skills:

A. Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices.
  • Ability to participate meaningfully in technical discussions and code-level understanding.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of AI/LLM technologies and real-world applications.
  • Comfortable using GitHub, workflow automation tools, and project management tools.
  • Ability to evaluate engineering proposals and understand technical tradeoffs.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java) and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira/Linear, Confluence/Notion, GitHub, Slack, Google Workspace.

B. Communication & Leadership Skills

  • Exceptional communication for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive consensus.
  • Strong capability to translate technical constraints into business implications.
  • Experience leading meetings, facilitating discussions, and driving outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams on complex systems.
  • Experience managing projects involving data infrastructure, APIs, AI/ML systems, or similarly technical domains.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects/products on schedule and with high quality.
