Job Role: Technical Project Manager – U.S. Healthcare Domain Experience: 10+ Years || Full-Time Location: Hybrid (Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Pune) Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM IST About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in U.S. Healthcare domain and expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional technology projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical acumen, leadership ability, and healthcare industry knowledge to drive successful project execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects within the U.S. Healthcare domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development , QA , DevOps , data , and product management to ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments. Track project progress through detailed reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with HIPAA , HITECH , and other healthcare data privacy regulations. Manage client communications, expectations, and escalations with a focus on proactive risk mitigation. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices in delivery management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in project management . Proven experience managing projects within the U.S. Healthcare ecosystem (payer, provider, or clinical systems). Strong understanding of healthcare standards such as HL7 , FHIR , EHR/EMR , or claims processing . Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA , Confluence , MS Project ). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as PMP , CSM , or SAFe Agilist . Experience with cloud migration or modernization projects (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Exposure to data analytics , AI/ML , or interoperability projects in the healthcare domain
