Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Subscriber Data Management (SDM), IMS Core, or 5G Core technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing complex telecom integration projects, particularly with Nokia SDM and related products, ensuring end-to-end delivery excellence and alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering all aspects of SDM/IMS/5G Core project delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure effective change, risk, and issue management across the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Leadership
  • Provide technical leadership for Nokia SDM and related integrations, ensuring high-quality E2E implementation.
  • Oversee the integration of complex systems with multiple internal and external dependencies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and deliver solutions according to design and performance KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, testing) and external vendors to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with program management and report regular updates on milestones, risks, and achievements.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for all technical and project-related communications.
  • Governance & Reporting
  • Track project progress and prepare executive-level reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Support audits, reviews, and post-implementation assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8 to 14 years of experience in telecom domain projects, particularly SDM, IMS Core, or 5G Core.
  • Strong hands-on and architectural knowledge of Nokia SDM (One-NDS, HSS, UDM, EIR, etc.) and associated ecosystems.
  • Proven experience as Technical Project Manager / Technical Manager in large-scale integration projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage E2E delivery with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Excellent understanding of telecom network protocols (Diameter, MAP, LDAP, SIP, HTTP/2, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred (not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-vendor and cross-functional telecom environments.
  • Exposure to 5G Core Network functions (UDM, AUSF, PCF, NRF, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native deployments and CI/CD concepts in telecom systems.
