Job Description:

We are a
Canada-based CPA firm
looking for a
middle-level Bookkeeper
to join our
Vadodara office
.

The ideal candidate will have solid bookkeeping experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with modern accounting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple Canadian clients.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in report preparation.
  • Work on
    pharmacy
    and
    property accounting
    clients.
  • Collaborate with Canadian CPA team for reviews and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
  • Proficient in
    QuickBooks Online
    ,
    Xero
    ,
    Hubdoc
    , and
    CaseWare
    .
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting.
  • Experience with
    pharmacy
    and
    property accounting
    preferred.
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    (written and verbal).
  • Must be available for
    meetings in EST time zone
    .
