The ideal candidate will have solid bookkeeping experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with modern accounting tools.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple Canadian clients.Prepare and reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts.Maintain accurate financial records and assist in report preparation.Work on pharmacy and property accounting clients.Collaborate with Canadian CPA team for reviews and reporting.Required Skills & Experience:2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting.Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Xero, Hubdoc, and CaseWare.Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting.Experience with pharmacy and property accounting preferred.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Must be available for meetings in EST time zone.What We Offer:Work with a reputable Canada-based CPA firm.Professional, growth-oriented environment.Exposure to international clients and accounting standards.Competitive compensation based on experience.
