M/s. Precept Legal, Advocates is looking to hire an Associate with 3-5 years of experience in the real estate sector. The role is ideal for a motivated lawyer with hands-on transactional real estate experience and strong drafting and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing real estate transaction documents including sale deeds, lease deeds, leave & license agreements, development agreements, and ancillary documents
  • Conducting title due diligence and preparing due diligence reports
  • Advising clients on real estate laws, regulatory compliances, and transaction structures
  • Coordinating with clients, developers, banks, and other stakeholders
  • Assisting in closing real estate transactions and post-closing compliances

Qualifications

  • LL.B. from a recognized university
  • 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in non-litigation real estate work
  • Prior experience with a law firm (real estate practice preferred)
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters
