Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Real Estate Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the management of real estate properties, including lease administration, tenant relations, and property maintenance. Responsibilities will include negotiating leases, ensuring compliance with real estate laws, and maintaining the financial profitability of properties under management. The Real Estate Manager will also identify and pursue investment opportunities in commercial real estate to support the organization's goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property Management, including maintaining and enhancing the value of real estate assets.
- Knowledge of Lease Administration and Leases, including negotiation and compliance management.
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate practices, with an understanding of market trends and opportunities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage tenant relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant educational qualifications in real estate, business management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
- Prior experience in a similar role or within the real estate industry is an advantage.
