Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer (MEP) who will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising mechanical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and experience in handling end-to-end MEP activities.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning


•Prepare and review MEP drawings, designs, and technical specifications.


•Coordinate with architects, civil, electrical, and other engineering teams.


•Perform load calculations, material selection, and equipment sizing for HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.


•Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, ASHRAE, and project-specific standards.

Project Execution


•Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, plumbing & fire-fighting systems.


•Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.


•Conduct site inspections to resolve technical issues.


•Prepare daily/weekly site reports.

Coordination & Documentation


•Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material procurement.


•Review BOQ, technical submittals, and method statements.


•Support the project manager with documentation, site meetings, and client updates.

Quality & Safety


•Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.


•Conduct quality checks for installed systems.


•Identify and solve technical challenges on-site.

Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

  • 3–6 years of experience in MEP projects.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting systems & relevant standards.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.

  • Good communication, team coordination, and site management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
