Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled MEP BIM Engineer/Modeller with 2–3 years of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Revit MEP and other BIM tools to create, update, and manage accurate 3D models and coordinated MEP drawings in line with project standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed 3D MEP models using Revit MEP based on design and engineering inputs.
  • Coordinate with architectural and structural BIM teams to ensure clash-free models.
  • Create and update construction documents, shop drawings, and as-built models.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks or similar tools.
  • Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans and project-specific modelling standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain version control and model integrity through proper documentation and file management.
  • Support BIM Coordinators and Engineers in model reviews and coordination meetings.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineer, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in MEP BIM modelling in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Good understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, etc.)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
