Job Summary
:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing MEP systems for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 
MEP System Design
: Design and develop MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

2. 
Project
 
Planning
: Assist with project planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

3. 
Collaboration
: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure MEP systems are integrated with other building systems.

4. 
Site
 
Visits
: Conduct site visits to monitor MEP system installation and ensure compliance with design specifications.

5. 
Troubleshooting
: Troubleshoot MEP system issues and provide solutions to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

6. 
Documentation
: Prepare and maintain MEP system documentation, including designs, specifications, and as-built drawings.

7. 
Code
 
Compliance
: Ensure MEP system designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

1. 
Qualifications
: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

2. 
Experience
: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in the construction industry.

3. 
Certifications
: Professional certifications, such as PE or LEED AP, preferred.

4. 
Skills
: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including design principles, codes, and regulations. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other MEP design software.

5. 
Communication
: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
