  • Key Responsibilities.
  • Deliver engaging, concept-driven classes for CSEET students in the subjects of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Current Affairs, and Business Communication.
  • Create and curate high-quality study materials, lecture notes, and student-friendly resources aligned with CSEET exam standards.
  • Provide academic mentoring, guidance, and exam preparation strategies to students.
  • Collaborate with academic and content teams to enhance course quality and learning outcomes.
  • Conduct webinars and interactive sessions to boost student engagement.
  • Actively utilize social media platforms (YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, etc.) to inspire, mentor, and guide learners through academic and career-oriented content.

  • Stay updated with the latest changes in CSEET syllabus, exam patterns, and emerging learning trends.

  • Qualifications & Experience
    Qualification:

  • CS qualified OR experienced faculty in relevant CSEET subjects.

  • Experience:
    Minimum
    5–10 years
    of teaching experience (preferably in CSEET).

  • Prior experience in mentoring and preparing students for competitive exams is highly desirable.

  • Preferred Attributes:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English).

  • A student-centric teaching approach with a solid understanding of learning psychology.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, online teaching platforms, and modern teaching methodologies.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics with creativity and clarity.
  • Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and inspiring learners toward long-term success.
  • Ability to build a personal educator brand aligned with PW's mission and values.

Additional Expectations-
Faculty members are expected to:

Relocate or reside close to the nearest PW studio, as needed for content creation and teaching.
