Role & responsibilities

  • The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across research, marketing, and operations. The role demands strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and a structured approach to data interpretation transforming raw data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and recommendations.
  • Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and identify key trends, correlations, and anomalies.
  • Build and maintain automated reports and visual dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
  • Conduct statistical and quantitative analysis to support business and research insights.
  • Work closely with research, and product teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and summaries for management reviews.
  • Assist in data integration, process automation, and workflow optimization

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Preferable Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into clear narratives and visual insights.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail, logical reasoning, and problem-solving orientation
  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience (entry-level roles may consider strong analytical aptitude)
  • Exposure to financial data analytics or equity research
  • Familiarity with APIs, data extraction tools, and cloud platforms (Good to have not mandate)
  • Knowledge of business intelligence in finance, equity research, or digital marketing domains (Good to have not mandate)
