Role Overview
The Front Office Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception desk, providing excellent patient service, and maintaining efficient coordination between departments.

- Excellent communication (English – written & verbal) with polite behavior.
- Good computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
- Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Punctual, responsible, and professional under pressure.
- Understanding of process and data management.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with courtesy.
- Manage calls, messages, and patient appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments.
- Maintain and update patient records, billing, and reports.
- Verify insurance (TPA) details and assist with claims.
- Conduct patient follow-ups and manage feedback.
- Oversee clinic inventory, supplies, and maintenance needs.
- Liaise with external labs for reports and collections.
- Support management in communication and special tasks.
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (must report before time)
Reporting To: Administrative Head
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
