Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception and Customer Service:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Handle inquiries and address customer concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain calendars and records.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Assist with other general office duties as needed.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Provide accurate information to visitors and staff.
  • Forward messages and ensure smooth communication.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
