What You'll Do

  • Architect and develop multi-agent AI systems that reason, plan, and collaborate like real teams.
  • Design the orchestration layer connecting agents with APIs, cloud infra, databases, and real-world execution layers.
  • Push boundaries in autonomy, task decomposition, and self-improving agent loops.
  • Partner directly with founders → high ownership, rapid iteration, and true innovation.
  • Experiment, break limits, and publish—your work here will set benchmarks.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Python skills (Cython, PySpark, or Rust bridges are a plus).
  • Hands-on with agentic frameworks (CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalents).
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP pipelines, and knowledge graphs.
  • Experience integrating with cloud ecosystems (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP welcome).
  • Passion for building from scratch—you thrive in uncharted technical territory.
