We're Hiring: AI/ML Engineer (4–9 Years | Healthcare Domain)
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in training & fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and full-stack development skills in the healthcare domain.
What You'll Do
Train, fine-tune & deploy LLMs for healthcare applications
Build full-stack AI solutions (frontend + backend + ML integration)
Work with HL7 / FHIR standards, ensuring HIPAA & SOC2 compliance
Deploy scalable ML pipelines on AWS / Azure
Collaborate with clinicians, engineers & product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
What We're Looking For
4–9 years in AI/ML engineering
Strong knowledge of LLMs & ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
Full-stack development / Spring Boot + React/Angular + SQL/NoSQL)
Healthcare standards: HL7, FHIR, DICOM
Cloud & MLOps: AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, SageMaker
Knowledge of HIPAA / SOC 2 security frameworks.
Nice to have
Clinical NLP, SNOMED/ICD-10/LOINC knowledge
Experience with multimodal healthcare AI (EHR, text, images)
Open-source AI contributions
