Job Description:

A GenAI/Agentic AI Engineer builds intelligent, autonomous systems that combine content generation with goal-oriented action and planning. They design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen, and techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to enable systems to make decisions, solve complex problems, and execute multi-step tasks independently in dynamic environments.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Designing and Developing Agents:
    Creating autonomous AI agents that can plan, reason, and act to achieve goals.
  • Leveraging GenAI:
    Utilizing LLMs to generate text, images, and other content as part of the agent's decision-making or task execution.
  • Integrating Frameworks:
    Building agentic systems with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, and LangGraph.
  • Implementing RAG:
    Developing RAG pipelines to allow agents to retrieve and use external knowledge to inform their actions.
  • Prompt Engineering:
    Crafting effective prompts to guide the behavior and performance of LLMs and agents.
  • Tool and API Integration:
    Connecting agents to external tools, services, and APIs for enhanced capabilities and data exchange.

Key Skills and Knowledge:

  • Programming Languages:
    Proficiency in Python.
  • Agentic AI Frameworks:
    Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
  • LLMs:
    Understanding and working with large language models.
  • RAG and Vector Databases:
    Familiarity with RAG principles and vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS.
  • Prompt Engineering:
    Expertise in designing effective prompts.
  • AI/ML Fundamentals:
    A strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Cloud Platforms:
    Experience with cloud-based GenAI services from providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
