Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Owner at Busy Infotech Pvt. Ltd., located in Noida. The Owner will be responsible for leading the company's strategic vision, overseeing business operations, and ensuring that the company meets its financial, operational, and developmental goals. The Owner will work closely with senior management to develop and implement business strategies, manage key partnerships, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Daily tasks include making critical business decisions, managing budgets, and ensuring that the company continues to grow and innovate within the ERP and accounting software market.

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic vision development, business operations, and financial management
  • Skills in overseeing senior management and creating business strategies
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of ERP and accounting software industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage key partnerships and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Trading, or Service sectors is a plus
