Dynamics 365 CRM and FSM solutions Developer position opening for one of our prestigious client. Details as given below:

About client company: One of the Digital services company headquartered in California that offers Low Code No Code development services to enterprises.It makes businesses go faster with the Microsoft Biz Apps software suite. By leveraging AI-enabled custom solutions, they streamline processes, cut costs, and optimize operations to elevate team's productivity.In India they have office in South india.

Job Position: Dynamics 365 CRM and FSM solutions Developer

Location: Remote(lateron it will be work from office in Kolkata)

Salary-As per industry standard

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM and FSM solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Develop plugins, custom workflows, integrations, and customizations using C#, JavaScript, and Web APIs.
  • Design and implement data migration strategies using Data Import, Azure Data Factory, or KingswaySoft.
  • Integrate D365 with external systems and services using Azure Logic Apps, APIs, or middleware.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Ensure D365 environments are optimized for performance and security.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of new and existing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) and FSM module development.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform: Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, Power BI.
  • Strong development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with D365 plugin development, custom workflow activities, and custom entities.
  • Solid understanding of D365 FSM features including work orders, inspections, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, Service Bus) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics deployments.
  • Microsoft certification(s) in Dynamics 365 CRM or Field Service preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 On-Premise and Online environments.
  • Knowledge of best practices in solution architecture and deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
