*Job Description*
We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support our Customer Success Management (CSM) organization. This role will be pivotal in delivering both ad hoc and strategic analyses and reports, developing actionable business and customer insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aftermarket business processes, advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Pivot, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with business development coordinator, data managers, and business stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Conduct ad hoc and strategic analyses to support CSM initiatives and business decisions.
  • Design, develop and maintain business and customer insights dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel).
  • Apply statistical techniques where appropriate to uncover trends, correlations, and predictive insights.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on data needs and priorities.
  • Provide training and support to CSM team members on BI tools and data interpretation.
  • Assist the Data Manager in data governance, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.
  • Promote BI tools hygiene by maintaining clean, well-documented, and user-friendly reporting environments.
  • Leverage knowledge of ERP systems and aftermarket business processes to enhance data relevance and usability.
  • Stay current with BI trends, tools, and best practices.

*Required Qualifications*

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in an aftermarket or service-oriented business.
  • 2+ years of experience in BI development or data analytics.

*Preferred Qualifications*

  • Knowledge of statistics and experience applying statistical methods in business analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot, PowerQuery) and PowerBi.
  • Knowledge of data governance, BI tool administration and security best practices.
  • Knowledge of DAX, SQL, or other data query languages
  • Experience with ERP/CRM would be considered an asset (Infor LN, SAP, CRM)

  • Solid understanding of aftermarket business processes, customer lifecycle, and service operations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration abilities and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable insights.
  • Proactive problem solving and strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Self-starter, curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in creating user documentation, training materials, and conducting training, workshops or one-on-one sessions.
  • Competent in process improvement, KPI development, and performance tracking.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
