Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads through various online resources, databases, and marketing campaigns.
Outbound Sales Activities: Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other digital channels to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly and effectively to inbound inquiries from potential customers.
Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and requirements through active listening and effective questioning.
Product/Service Presentation: Clearly and persuasively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products/services.
Quotation & Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and compelling sales quotations and proposals.
Closing Sales: Effectively manage the sales process and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status in our CRM system.
Follow-up & Nurturing: Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to understand and leverage marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
