We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Head to lead our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have the maturity and leadership skills to lead the digital marketing for the organization. This role mainly focuses on digital marketing (75%), but also includes some hands-on tasks in PR, branding, and offline engagement activities (25%)

Few Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel digital campaigns (organic and paid)

* Strategizing and executing SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid media, content and branding initiatives

* Lead and scale a small team of digital marketers and interns

* Manage marketing budgets and track ROI across all campaigns

* Utilize marketing tools and analytics to optimize performance

* Provide strategic insights and reporting on campaign outcomes and impact

Requirements:

  • Min 3 Years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Strong execution background, preferably with experience in a digital agency
  • Excellent knowledge of branding, SEO, SEM, email and social media marketing
  • MBA from a reputed or premium institute is an added advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and analytical skills

Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Mulund, Mumbai are preferred.
