Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled
Support Engineer
specializing in
Backup & Restore operations
with hands-on expertise in the
Rubrik application
. This role involves managing backup solutions, ensuring data security, and supporting enterprise-level IT infrastructure for a leading client in the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily
    backup and restore operations
    using Rubrik application.
  • Monitor backup jobs, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide support for IT operations related to backup infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to meet recovery objectives.
  • Document backup procedures and adhere to compliance/security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    IT Operations
    with a focus on
    Backup & Restore
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Rubrik application
    (mandatory).
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and BFSI domain exposure is an advantage
