Position : Insurance Coordinator - (Logins Support)

Location : Chennai

Experience : Minimum 3 years of Insurance Experience

Shrinithi Insurance Broking Private Limited is a leading [Insurance] firm that handles diverse insurance product lines. We are looking for someone who can manage insurance login credentials, access portals, process related tasks, and ensure compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle login and credential management for various insurance portals (carrier/insurer websites, partner dashboards).
  • Maintain secure, organized records of usernames/passwords/access rights.
  • Monitor account activity, log issues, and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in trimming login issues—resetting passwords, unlocking accounts.
  • Coordinate with IT/security teams for any access‐related incidents.
  • Generate reports on login usage, failed accesses, and security compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to data protection policies and maintain confidentiality.
  • Possibly liaise with customer service/brokers for login support.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in insurance logins / credential management / managing access to insurer or financial portals.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of security/compliance best practices.
  • Good communication skills in English (and possibly Tamil, depending on scope).
  • Proficiency with common office software (Excel, Word) and possibly password managers or credentials tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the insurance sector.
  • Experience with IT helpdesk or accounts access support.
  • Familiarity with customer portals used by insurers in India.
  • Knowledge of data security or compliance norms (e.g., basic ISO / internal audit practices).

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Upto 25000/- per month.
  • Benefits: PF, ESI, Health Insurance, Paid Leaves, etc.
  • Working hours: 09.30 am to 06.30 pm
