Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams for project delivery.
- Prepare BRDs, process flows, and assist in UAT.
- Identify gaps, propose improvements, and support automation initiatives.
- Ensure smooth communication and documentation across teams.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in Business Analysis, IT coordination, or Project Management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, or Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business / IT / related field.
