Key Responsibilities:
· Handle end-to-end travel planning for employees: flights, accommodation, local transport, and travel insurance.
· Manage visa applications, invitation letters, and travel documentation for international travel for the Management & employees.
· Ensure adherence to company travel policies, budgets, and approval workflows.
· Build and maintain corporate accounts with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and car rental providers.
· Negotiate and establish long-term rate contracts and preferred partner agreements to reduce cost and improve service.
· Maintain up-to-date traveller profiles and travel history logs.
· Provide responsive support for last-minute changes, cancellations, or travel emergencies.
· Coordinate group travel for trade shows, conferences, and team movements.
· Generate monthly reports on travel expenses, vendor performance, and cost savings.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum 3-8 years of experience in managing corporate or internal travel coordination
· Proven experience in negotiating with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for rate agreements
· Strong knowledge of visa and international travel documentation
· Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written
· High attention to detail, time management, and multitasking ability
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and booking portals/tools
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests in parallel
· Customer-service mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
