About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive to support HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. Ideal for immediate joiners who can start within 7–14 days.

Key responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interviews and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Onboarding: offer letters, joining formalities, induction coordination, documentation.
  • Employee lifecycle: maintain HRIS/records, probation reviews, regular updates.
  • Attendance & leave management coordination with payroll.
  • Basic payroll support — data collection, liaising with payroll vendor (if applicable).
  • Employee relations: respond to queries, escalate grievances, support engagement initiatives.
  • HR compliance: maintain statutory records, assist with audits, PF/ESIC/other filings coordination.
  • Help implement HR policies and small HR projects (employee engagement, training logistics).

Required qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Business preferred).
  • 1–4 years of HR experience (relevant for HR Executive). For HR Generalist / Senior HR Executive, 3–6 years.
  • Good written & verbal English. Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of Indian statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) — preferred.
  • Proactive, organized, able to work with minimal supervision.

Skills & attributes

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior experience handling walk-in drives / large-volume hiring is a plus.
  • Hands-on with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot basics) and email.
  • Confidentiality and ethical handling of employee data.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
