Telesales Executive – 2w Motor Insurance
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Objective: To support and give insurance advisory services to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:·
Contact two-wheeler leads/prospective clients over the phone to promote vehicle insurance & Renewal policies.
· Offer personalized advice based on customer lifestyle.
· Maintain strong follow-up to ensure customer engagement and policy closure.
· Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent service and communication.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the LMS system.
· Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company sales protocols.
Requirements:·
Minimum Qualification: 10th or 12th pass
· Experience: freshers or 1 years in insurance sales / telesales
Skills:
· - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· - Confidence in handling high-value clients professionally
· - Ability to explain complex insurance terms clearly
· - Sales and target-driven mindset
· - Fluent in [Tamil], basic [English] preferred
