We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telesales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote products/services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Build and maintain a good rapport with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
