Our services span allaspects of real estate, allowing us to serve our clients' diverse needs withexpertise and dedication.Team Member Role: Assistant Manager/Manager – Corporate Real Estate What Would the Work Entail: Demonstratestrong business development activities through networking and other sources.Reach out & follow up with the fastest -growingcorporate companies and secure business.Proactively engage with key decisionmakers of potential clients to understand and analyze the possible commercialoffice space requirement.Build and maintain excellent relationships.Negotiations: should be able to getthe deal closure by negotiating fair terms between buyer and sellerDocumentation: Understand the dealand get actively involved in due diligence process and documentation thereafterArticulate and present reports/deliverables in required detail to clientsUnderstand and develop knowledge ofthe relevant players in the industry (both the investment and development sideof real estate)Ensuretimeliness and accuracy of deliverables, client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, follow -up, timely submission of companyproposals and overall governance during the execution phase.RequirementsYour Attributes: Self -Starter,resourceful, well -organized, highly dependable, efficient & detail -orientedPassion, integrity, criticalthinking/analytical skills, agility/flexibility, a continuous learning mindsetExcellent organization skills,ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks & work to deadlines.Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills enabling the development of good relationships with bothclients and colleagues.Proficientin MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) BenefitsWhat you can expect from UsAt AddressAdvisors, we take pride in being the most stable start -up real estate brokeragefirm.
