Job description We are seeking talented Professionals to join our team in the property casualty Insurance domain process Trainers Positions Available Candidates who have applied in past 3 months are not eligible for this Walk -IN Graduation for all the above role is mandatory Experience in Insurance is Mandatory 1 Assistant Manager 7 years of experience in Property Casualty Insurance Minimum 2 years of team Handling Excellent Communication Skills Experience in Process management MIS Reports and daily team operations KPI s similar metrics Background in BPOKPO Industry preferred Comfortable working in US Shifts Budget is 12LPA Open position 25 Location Bangalore 2 General Insurance - 5 years of experience in which 2 years in Team Handling is mandate Experience in General insurance or Commercial Insurance is Mandatory This would be considered as an IC Role should be comfortable with Night shifts Budget is 9LPA Open position 7 Location Bangalore 3 Trainer - Process Trainer 4-6 years of experience 6 Trainer profile and should have P C background All candidates should possess excellent communication skills Location Bangalore Process Trainer Planning for upcoming batches Responsible for the Team perf-ormance Responsible for quality of the Trainings imparted Mentoring and Grooming New Trainers Team Members and GTT Trainers Design and maintain various training manuals and workbooks with particular emphasis on keeping content up to date through liaison with the supervisor Taking approval for Training Materials from process Heads through GTT members on a semi annual basis Compile and submit monthly report on training activities and needs on a timely and concise manner Assist in the delivery of f-ormal induction Pre-process language training for new hires Working on Training Reports Weekly Monthly Semi Annual and Annual Te Manage Domain and Custom Examinations and publish periodic reports Initiative to improve the Training process Handling client visits and presentations Location Bangalore
