Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle international (US) voice process. The role involves managing customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring excellent service experience for our US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers.
  • Assist customers with queries, complaints, and product/service information.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for call quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in international voice process preferred.
  • Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
