About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive who will play a key role in promoting our brand, building relationships with colleges, and driving student engagement through seminars, workshops, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular college visits to build partnerships and promote our courses/programs.
  • Plan and execute seminars, workshops, and promotional events in colleges.
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with college management, faculty, and student bodies.
  • Generate leads through on-ground activities and ensure follow-up with potential students.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for event planning, branding, and campaign execution.
  • Represent the organisation in educational fairs, career expos, and networking events.
  • Prepare reports on field activities, lead generation, and student engagement.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in public speaking & addressing large groups (seminars).
  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Freshers with good communication & marketing aptitude are welcome.
  • Prior experience in field marketing/education industry will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹17,000.00 per month
