Orphic Solution seeks a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and oversee digital campaigns. The role involves managing a team of SEO, social media, and content professionals to drive online visibility and business growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and more).
• Lead and manage a team of SEO, social media, and content marketing professionals to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Plan and monitor the company's online presence across all digital platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis to improve search engine rankings.
• Analyse campaign performance data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators for campaign execution.
• Manage Orphic Solution's brand identity and online reputation.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Ensure all campaigns align with business goals and client requirements.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a small team.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.

*Preferred Skills:*

• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other creative design platforms.
• Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with website management platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
