Position: Digital Marketer

Location: 2nd Floor, Women's World Building, Indrapuri Sector-C, Raisen Road, Bhopal – 462022

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Digital Marketer with strong expertise in SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media management. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and manage online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to boost website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Manage and grow social media pages across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Plan and schedule engaging content tailored for different platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
  • Work with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Bring a creative mindset to develop unique campaign ideas that drive engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of different social media platforms and experience managing diverse pages.
  • Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
  • A creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
