**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive

**Location**: Bhopal (On-Site)

**Reports To**: Director

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze digital campaigns to optimize performance and ensure ROI.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and impactful content.
- **SEO & SEM Optimization**:

- Conducted keyword research and optimized content for organic search visibility.
- Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and optimize them for better performance.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Manage and grow social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with the audience, respond to inquiries, and create social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- **Website Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for lead generation and conversion.
- Assist with A/B testing and user experience improvements.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct competitor and market research to stay up-to-date with trends and identify new opportunities.
- **Brand Development**:

- Help maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of graphic designing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
