We're Hiring: Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in healthcare marketing and strong knowledge of digital and offline marketing strategies to drive patient engagement, branding, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns for hospital services.
  • Coordinate with clinical departments to promote speciality programs, camps, and events.
  • Manage social media platforms, website content, and online promotions.
  • Build partnerships with local communities, corporates, and referral doctors.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare marketing reports and KPIs for management review.
  • Support branding, ATL/BTL activities, and internal communication drives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Healthcare Management / Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare or hospital marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing, MS Office, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate with multiple departments.

Location: BIMS Hospital, Bhavnagar
