Sales & Marketing Executive

We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of food ingredients and related products, and we are seeking a passionate, experienced Marketing & Sales Executive to help expand our sales portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify key decision-makers involved in purchasing food ingredients in both international and domestic markets.
- Generate high-quality leads and pursue them proactively to achieve strong conversion rates and measurable results.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend tailored, cost-effective product solutions.
- Manage leads and the entire sales pipeline using multiple communication channels (phone, email, Teams) and CRM tools.
- Strengthen and expand client relationships to secure new business opportunities and enhance order volumes from existing customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Required Skillsets:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office applications, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
