Job Summary: The HR Tech and Analytics Strategist leads the digital transformation of HR functions by implementing advanced technologies and leveraging data-driven insights. This role focuses on optimizing HR processes through automation, integrating tools for seamless operations, and enabling strategic workforce decisions through analytics. By fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency, the HR Tech and Analytics Strategist ensures HR remains agile, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation and Automation:

Identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge HR technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Drive process automation initiatives to streamline documentation, payroll, recruitment, and performance management workflows.

Ensure seamless integration of HR tools and platforms across functions.

HR Analytics and Insights:

Develop and manage HR dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics.

Provide actionable insights through advanced analytics to support workforce planning and HR strategy.

Monitor and analyze HR performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Data Management and Compliance:

Oversee the integrity, security, and confidentiality of HR data.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards in all HR tech solutions.

Maintain accurate and accessible records to support audits and reporting requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with HR leaders to identify technology and analytics needs that align with organizational goals.

Work closely with IT teams to ensure system implementation and support.

Provide training and support to HR staff on new tools and technologies.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

Stay updated on emerging HR technology trends and best practices.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by promoting technology adoption and innovative solutions.

Lead projects to optimize the employee experience through digital solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors/Master's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in HR technology, analytics, or digital transformation roles.

Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and analytics tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Power BI).

Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.

Excellent project management and communication skills.
