Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Team Leader to manage daily online operations, drive sales performance, oversee end-to-end order processing, and lead a team of 8–10 executives. This role involves managing product listings, inventory coordination, client service workflows, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, Myntra etc.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead and manage a team of 8–10 members of the operational team.
  • Allocate tasks, set daily targets, and monitor individual and team performance to meet operational KPIs.
  • Conduct training, provide performance feedback, and create a high-performing work environment.

E-commerce Platform Operations

  • Manage product listings, catalogue updates, pricing, stock monitoring, and content accuracy across platforms.
  • Monitor and reduce return ratio, cancellations, operational delays, and stock-outs.

Customer Service & Experience

  • Oversee client queries, escalations, returns, and refunds to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Ensure resolution time within defined SLAs.

Sales & Performance Monitoring

  • Track daily sales, inventory movement, and marketplace health metrics.
  • Analyze reports from Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Dashboard, etc. to improve rankings and sales.
  • Implement strategies for increasing product visibility, improving conversion rates, and maximizing revenue.

Process Optimization

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements for speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with marketplace guidelines, policies, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or commerce background preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Proven experience managing a team of 8–10 people.
  • Strong expertise in platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and AJIO.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and marketplace dashboards.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
