Hi All,

**Team Leader / AM - Operation (E-Commerce Focus)**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage a team of up to 10 ambitious and highly-trained account managers working across a variety of e-commerce platforms ( amazon, flipkart, shopify, Meesho etc)
- **Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations**
- **Participate in client meetings - National & International**
- **Mentor, train and develop teammates**
- Proactively identifying problems and giving solutions
- **Collaborate with different departments**
- Support all aspects of performance and development for designated associates to encourage professional growth and goal achievement.
- **Communicate regularly with the Manager to review business results, execution of plans/strategies, customer feedback and associate performance.**

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in **e-commerce/KPO/BPO firm**
- **2+ years managing a team of at least 5 people**
- Demonstrated ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment
- Expert written and verbal communication
- **Proficiency in MS Excel**

**Salary**: ₹11,507.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
