**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketplace Advertising**: Plan, create, and manage effective ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio.
- **Campaign Optimization**: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate and manage advertising budgets across different platforms to ensure optimal spend and performance.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce advertising.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and sales teams to align advertising strategies with overall business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing e-commerce ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of PPC, CPC, and CPM advertising models.
- Familiarity with various advertising tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
