**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across **Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO and other platforms**.
- Strategically allocate and manage **₹15-20 Lakhs per month** to ensure **maximum ROI**.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations.
- A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve efficiency.
- Implement **retargeting and remarketing** strategies to boost conversions.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Keep up with the latest industry trends and platform updates to stay ahead of competitors.
- Generate detailed reports on ad performance, insights, and recommendations.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Minimum 2 years in e-commerce performance marketing.
- **Budget Management**: Proven experience handling ad budgets of ₹15-20 Lakhs per month.
- **Platforms Expertise**: Amazon Ads, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO and other relevant PPC platforms.
- **Performance Optimization**: Strong understanding of **ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other key metrics**.
- **Creativity & Strategy**: Ability to create high-converting ad strategies and collaborate with content teams.
- **Immediate Availability** is a must.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **B2C brands or marketplace-based e-commerce businesses**.
- Knowledge of **conversion rate optimization (CRO)** strategies.
- Prior experience in handling **international campaigns (if applicable).**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
