Job Title: E-Commerce Executive
Job Location: Pitampura, Delhi

**Salary**: up to 30k (negotiable) plus sales-based incentives
Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon & Flipkart (must-have experience) and also handle Myntra & Nykaa.
- Create and manage high-quality product listings including titles, bullet points, keywords, and SEO-friendly product descriptions.
- Work on product optimization strategies to boost visibility and conversion.
- Develop and implement campaigns with strong focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Ensure returns claims are filed and money is received in a timely manner.
- Manage FBA shipments, FC appointments, and removal orders for unsold/damaged inventory.
- Generate detailed sales and business reports, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
- Create and manage A+ content / EBC listings, Brand Store setup, and promotional activities.
- Draft and submit Plans of Action (POA) for suspended accounts/ASINs to ensure reinstatement.
- Handle customer escalations directly and ensure resolution within timelines.
- Stay updated with marketplace changes and implement them effectively.
- Experience in Quick commerce platforms (preferably) will be an added advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Graduation required.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in managing Amazon & Flipkart accounts.
- Proven sales track record in e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of keywords, SEO, product optimization, A+ content, and Brand Store creation.
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English - written & verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Team player with ownership mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
