**Job Title: E-Commerce Ads Expert (Marketplace)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Advertising Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop, execute, and manage **PPC campaigns** across various marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Ajio)
- Conduct keyword research and bid optimization to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Implement **A/B testing** for ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.

2. **Campaign Optimization & Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, ACoS, TACoS) to make data-driven optimizations.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance ad efficiency.
- Adjust strategies based on competition, seasonality, and marketplace algorithm updates.

3. **Budget Management & Reporting**:

- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize profitability.
- Generate reports and insights on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.
- Forecast trends and recommend ad spend adjustments based on market conditions.

4. **Competitor & Market Research**:

- Conduct regular analysis of competitor advertising strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with **marketplace algorithm updates, new ad features, and industry trends**.
- Recommend new ad formats and targeting strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in managing e-commerce ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience with **bid strategies, keyword research, and audience targeting.**:

- Proficiency in **Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools**.
- Excellent knowledge of PPC, CPC, and CPM advertising models.
- Understanding of marketplace SEO, listing optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing marketplace trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Amazon Advertising Certification**, Google Ads certification, or relevant industry certification
- Background in **e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
