**Job Overview**:Peeco Polytech Pvt. Ltd., a leader in high-performance plastic compounds, seeks an experienced Purchase Executive for our procurement team. The role focuses on sourcing plastic raw materials, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing procurement processes to support efficient production.**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement**: Source and purchase plastic raw materials, additives, and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to secure favorable conditions for the company.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.Coordinate with production planning teams to align procurement with production schedules.
- **Cost Optimization**: Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining material quality.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier evaluations for audit and reporting purposes.
- **Supplier Evaluation & Audits**: Conduct regular assessments of suppliers to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and adherence to agreed terms. Participate in supplier audits as needed to verify compliance with industry and company standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 3-4 years in procurement within the plastic manufacturing industry.
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, vendor management, and inventory control skills; knowledge of plastic raw materials; proficiency in procurement software.
