**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- **Procurement Process**:

- Analyse purchase requisitions and determine appropriate purchasing methods.
- Process purchase orders accurately and ensures they are approved in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage reorder points.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and new suppliers.
- Evaluate market conditions to forecast purchasing needs and costs.
- **Cost Management**:

- Analyse and compare supplier quotes and proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses related to procurement.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in [Manufacturing].
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Knowledge**:

- Understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Familiarity with contract law and purchasing regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
